JobForesight (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Solid Computing Ltd, registered in England & Wales. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under applicable law — including the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the US California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and other international privacy regulations.
1. Data controller

We do not collect payment details, precise location, or any special-category (sensitive) data.
3. How we use your data
- Reminder emails — stored in Google Sheets via Google Apps Script. We will send you a reminder with your score, plus occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Job titles — used only to calculate your score in-browser. We do not build individual profiles.
- Analytics — aggregated, non-identifying usage data to improve the site. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
4. Cookies
JobForesight uses only essential, first-party cookies required for the site to function (e.g. form submission state). We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Where your data is stored
Our site is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) with servers in the US. Email addresses collected via the reminder form are stored in Google Sheets (Google Cloud, US). Both providers maintain appropriate safeguards:
- UK & EU users: Transfers to the US are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension, plus Google’s and AWS’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- All users: Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing. Data is only shared with:
- Google (Apps Script / Sheets) — to process form submissions
- AWS — to host and deliver the website
7. Data retention
We retain collected email addresses until 12 months after collection or until you request deletion, whichever is sooner. Analytics data is retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form only.
8. Your rights
UK & EU residents (GDPR):

JobForesight is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
