Terms of Service

Effective date: 11 March 2026  ·  Last updated: 11 March 2026  ·  Version 1.0

Plain-English summary: Use JobForesight for lawful personal career research. The free tool gives you an AI exposure estimate — not a guarantee. The £24 Blueprint is a one-time purchase and we offer a 14-day refund for EU/UK consumers. Don't scrape the site or misuse results. English law governs this agreement.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using jobforesight.com (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

The Service is operated by Solid Computing Ltd, trading as JobForesight, registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). Company / sole trader address: Apollo House, Hallam Way, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, United Kingdom, FY4 5FS. Contact: jobforesight.com/contact.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. What we provide

JobForesight provides:

Not professional advice. JobForesight provides informational and educational content only. It is not career advice, financial advice, employment advice, or any other form of professional advisory service. The scores, timelines, and recommendations are statistical estimates based on published research (including O*NET and Frey & Osborne 2013 automation probability data) and should not be treated as predictions about your specific employment situation. We strongly encourage you to seek qualified professional advice before making significant career decisions.

3. Accuracy and limitations

Our exposure scores are derived from O*NET occupation data, published academic research, and our own seniority-adjustment model. They represent probabilities and averages — not certainties. The AI landscape is evolving rapidly and scores may become outdated.

We make no warranty that:

You use the Service and act on any output entirely at your own risk.

4. Payment and refunds

4.1 Pricing

The Career Pivot Blueprint is priced at £24.00 GBP (including applicable taxes where required) as a one-time purchase. No subscription.

4.2 Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We never store your card details. By completing a purchase you also agree to Stripe's terms.

4.3 Delivery

Your Blueprint PDF is generated and emailed to you within 5 minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, contact us via our contact form.

4.4 Refunds — EU & UK consumers

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 calendar days of purchase (the "cooling-off period") under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 / EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, by requesting immediate digital delivery of your Blueprint, you acknowledge that we begin performance immediately and that your right of withdrawal is lost once the PDF has been delivered to you and you confirm you have accessed it — unless the file is defective.

If you have not yet accessed the Blueprint, you may cancel within 14 days by contacting us via our contact form with your order reference and we will issue a full refund within 14 days.

4.5 Refunds — all other customers

Outside the UK/EU, all purchases are final once the Blueprint has been delivered. We will, at our discretion, offer a refund if the PDF is defective or cannot be opened. Contact us within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

You may download and print a Blueprint PDF solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, share publicly, or distribute Blueprint content without our written consent.

The JobForesight name, logo, and branding are our trade marks. You must not use them without our prior written permission.

7. Third-party services

The Service may display links to or content from third parties, including course providers (Coursera, LinkedIn Learning). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or privacy practices, and any course purchase you make is governed by that provider's terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be legally limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, damage, liability, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
